Open Question: Can anyone tell me from experience getting a high interest/bad credit loan vs a debt counselor?

Open Question: Can anyone tell me from experience getting a high interest/bad credit loan vs a debt counselor?
I have made a string of bad decisions in the last year financially. No sad story here, I am just bad with my cash. Plain and simple. I have gotten better and I am improving more and more every day, but I am so far behind on everything now, I just cant get caught up. I thought a couple of payday loans were the answer but that only made matters much worse. I have identified what I need to do and with my salary I can pay a pretty hefty loan payment but I just cant get myself to even and start moving forward. Between payday loan fees and NSF fees every month and I just wasting cash and I cant get out of that trap. Does anyone have any sound tip or a suggested solution to this nightmare I am in. I just do not know what to do. Any tip would be appreciated. Thank you.

Open Question: How do I get a Debt Consolidation Loan but have extremely low credit scores?
So, I have been successfully paying down the debt that I acquired as a very dumb young adult. Now, that I have a great job etc…the only bad thing I have is CREDIT. I've started the process of re-building but need to know anything besides Prosper/Zopa etc to get a debt consolidation loan. I have about 6,000 in debt right now. Any advice will help. No payday loans that's what put me in the hole a couple years ago! Thanks!!

Open Question: I need help with a Car Title Loan.?
I have a title loan in the amount of $1900. The payments are $459 every month. I closed my bank account due to some other payday loans before my first payment was due. I contacted the company via phone (left message) and email on several occassions asking them to contact me regarding my account and letting them know that I had to close my account and I wanted an address I could send a money order to for my payment. Needless to say, I never received a call or email back until my payment did not go through. I have since sent numerous emails and made several phone calls returning messages (I can't take calls at work) with no luck or help from anyone. I received a response letting me know that I owed $918 not $459. They are now saying that I have to pay $459 every 2 weeks, not every month. I don't see this anywhere on the contract that I signed. I have done some research on these types of loans and know that they are bad. I just don't want my car to be repossessed. I have some money to pay them, but not all of it and I would like some legal advice on how I can make arrangements to pay them and not lose my car.
